ENTRY FORM for T-shirt design contest
Submit an original design to be featured on Kids & Cancer 25th Anniversary Benefit Run T-Shirt.
Design must be inspired by the Kids & Cancer mission.
The winning design will be on the front of the 2022 Benefit Run T-Shirt plus a cash prize of $100.00.
